1. Default brightness is so high that left side of my Jornada gets very hot in a few seconds after backlight turns on. Is it possible to change backlight brightness? I can't do it from both Opie and GPE - their brightness control applets don't work.
2. Can J work using it's battery?
3. Is it possible to rotate bare kernel console (not GPE's or Opie's one) and remove penguin logo from it? Are there any more readable console fonts?
