The newest versions of the bootldr have some support
for CF IDE drives. I have not looked into this too much,
but I believe that it was intended as a simple way
to flash new devices w/o downloading over the serial
port.
With a fair amount of work, it might be possible to
modify this to allow actually booting off a CF. Unfortunately,
Wince is a real unknown to me, so I have no idea
how someone would even attempt booting Wince
off of CF (since it looks like a disk, not like linear
memory).
