There has been no development since the last new item on the website,
unfortunately. We don't have the time or resources to continue work with
Intimate (and in my case at least, I don't have a reason to).

It actually turns out that you don't have to deviate very far from Debian
to get Intimate (as the last news item - the new installer - shows). The
initrd, X and kernel are about the only bits that you have to do much with
(although debian obviously lacks lots of good packages like up-to-date
matchbox and so on, but it's not too hard to convert an ipk to a deb). If
you'd like to take over, please do. Same applies to anyone else.
