RE: pcmcia problem

Hi,
finally I found the intimate20011113.tar.bz2 which worked out of the box
including blackbox and networking. After performing apt-get dist-upgrade (I
upgraded to ustable) some things don't work anymore, e.g. apt-get produces a
Segmentation fault. From my Desktop machine I'm used to dist-upgrade
sometimes causing problems but before proceeding I like to ask if somebody
has made any experiences with the different versions. From x86 debian I'm
used to unstable being the best version for me because it provides
relatively new programs and I never had stability problems. Any suggestions
about woody/testing/unstable in intimate or debian for arm? I'm wondering
why this list is so quiet, i think with Intimate on it even the oldest ipaq
is much greater than any other pda...

Regards, Jan Schmitt
