Errors in module loading at startup

I'm having trouble booting linux from a PCMCIA card. I
get to a command prompt, but it looks like no modules
are loading. Here's my startup code:

This is actually Familiar 0.72, but I'm trying to boot
it from a 2 GB Toshiba PCMCIA drive. I used the
task-bootstrap with a modified linuxrc (just added the
Intimate pivot-root routine) to create the initrd.
