I used to have that problem with the prsim2_cs driver...

I switched to wvlan_cs which worked a lot better for me...

If that's not an option for you, I can probably dig up the patch for the
prism2_cs driver to fix that problem....
FYI, the problem is because the iPAQ sleeve autodetects and sets the
voltage for the PCMCIA cards... The Prism2_cs driver tries to
specifically set that voltage.. which the sleeve doesn't support.
