New debootstrap based installer

Hi

I've just uploaded a new scripted version of the debootstrap installer.
It's still a bit rough around the edges, but if people could test it
out, I'd really appreciate the feedback/bugreports.
The only current caveat is that after installation you'll need to edit
the X server startup script (/etc/init.d/x) to start matchbox instead of
blackbox. This will be fixed just as soon as I make a new X package that
handles window managers properly.
