instal intimate or opie with a win2K box

Problem, getting my ipaq with familiar to talk to the outside world with a win2K box (My only option) so I can get opie or intimate on it. I have ppp connection with my win 2k box and the ipaq - this was easy and works great and clearly I can get to talk to the outside world with my PC - hence the e-mail. Any suggestions on how to get the ipaq to talk via win2K to the rest of the world?

Help would be appreciated and patronisingly stupid level is good then at least I don't miss something.
