is intimate rsync server ok?

Even with the cardmgr patch to familiar, I couldn't get ppp to run...I just
tried to reload intimate via installer script, and the etc/ppp directory
refused the connection. It looks like certain of the components didn't load
when I did this before. Is the installer script ok?
