still booting to familiar

hi

i have istalled the intimate linux on a 256mb cf card
like described on the intimate website. additionaly i
had to rename /linuxrc.intimate to /linuxrc.

when i choose to boot "INTIMATE (normal)" then the
message "Can't find /dev/hda1" appears. if i eject and
re-enter the cf card and push the CAL button again
then it loads familiar linux.

how can i boot intimate?
