Can Intimate be run off of Familiar 5.1 ?

Hello,

I have recently installed Familiar 5.1 on my iPaq H3650 and now I've talked myself into the fact that I've just *got* to try Intimate on my 128 MB CF card.

Unfortunately I see the following sentence at the start of the Intimate install instructions (http://intimate.handhelds.org/install.shtml):

        "You _must_ be running the release version (got that.. release version.. not a pre-0.5 or anything like that) of familiar 0.5 on your iPAQ. "

Does this mean I cannot use 5.1, or are those instructions out of date?

If not, is "compatibility" with 5.1 being worked on?
When is it expected to reach at least Beta state?
