Heya Wayne!
What I do is create a file called "params" (without the quotes) in
the /boot dir on the familiar side. The contents of the file are the
arguments you want to pass to the kernel, ie:
set linux args "noinitrd init=/linuxrc.intimate .... etc "
Note that the args do need the quotes here :) Hope this helps.
