Last I checked, and that's some time since, swap over NFS is not
supported by anything above the early 2.1.x kernels, and that was a bad
hack.
The problem is that you easily get a deadlock here. NFS needs local
memory, and if you want to swap youi're out triing to free some of it.

It is possible to use NBD (network block devices) but just by accident,
as NBD has the same problem NFS has (e.g. needs local memory) ...
