Anybody else have problems with this procedure and a 340 MB Microdrive?
My install, after following the instructions, ended up running out of
space on a 3670.
Specifically, I installed the base 0.5 image, 2.15.15 bootloader, and
then ran the beta installation script. Obviously, sound didn't work for
the C64 tunes (due to issues already outlined with the install docs),
but the cool Intimate screen came up and most everything worked fine.
When the system began RSYNCing from the servers, my Ipaq ran out of
space, and subsequent attempts by the script to install failed as a
result. After dropping back to a command line, I had only 128K free in
the root FS.
Anybody else heard of this? Has anyone actually been able to use the
installation script after performing a fresh install? I followed the
directions to a 'T', so I'm not sure why this doesn't work.

After the beta-installer has been run, and before the reboot,
and while the microdrive is still mounted at /mnt/hda1, the
following tweaks are required (as in: "they worked for me"):
(1) in /mnt/hda1/etc/inittab and /mnt/hda1/etc/securetty
s:tts/0:ttySA0:
(2) in /mnt/hda1/etc/fstab
s:mtdblock/3:mtdblock/2:
(3) in /linuxrc.intimate
