Are root logins allowed in /etc/ssh/sshd_config?

disable reverse lookups
allow root logins
MAYBE: play with the authentication methods ( host,key,passwd... )

Does the account exists on the ipaq? Can you ssh in as root on the ipaq
using ssh -l root 192.168.1.101 with a password of rootme (unless you have
changed it).
