libm-2.2.3 is problematic

With help from Sean Godsell I have traced some of my floating
point problems to libm-2.2.3 which is what is now installed
by default by intimate. My apps would hang in llroundf() and
some sounds were screwed up. I switched to libm-2.2.2
(copied off the skiff cluster) and now things run to completion.
Some sounds now work better, others still do not.
