That's just a problem with that particular intimateboot package. I
would recommend getting the 0.2-1 version of the intimate package, or
you can simply rename the intimateboot_0.1-3_arm.ipk into
intimateboot_0.1-3_arm.tar.gz and untar/gz the file. It should produce
two tarballs and one file. I believe the tarball called "data.tar.gz"
actually contains the linuxrc.intimate and related files. Untar/gz this
at root ("/") so that everything is put in the right place.
