NFSRoot of intimate on IPAQ

We are trying to get an intimate system up and running on an IPAQ but have
no microdrive!

Is there any way of doing an NFSRoot or similar via the PCMCIA ethernet? I
see the docs say to be written, if anyone has done this I'd be grateful for
some guidance!
