Updated intiamteboot_0.2-1.ipk package available.

I've updated the intiamteboot package to include the changes from Jamey, and
a number of significant other improvements. Notably the setting of the
linuxargs using ipaqbb, and the creation of an extra symlink in the
/etc/init.d/devfs script which means that we don't need the replacement
/etc/inittab and etc/ppp/options files any more.

Also, I updated the postinst to contain the intelligence to go around
ipaqbb.

Hopefully I fixed any/all bugs there too....

I've also updated the beta-installer script to make use of the new package.
