documented somewhere? I'd be happy to whip up a newbie FAQ, especially
since I am still a newbie and will be going through a lot of this stuff over
the next week or so...

I'm just on my way to bed, so this is a very short one.. I'll look at the
rest tommorow.
You can move windows around by holding down the address book button (2nd
from the left) and dragging with the pointer. Then you can reach the resize
and kill buttons.
