Section 1- Accessing and changing settings

The GpeSleepConfig application is available in the settings folder from the main screen.

Here you can ajust the settings that automatically turn off your screen and backlight. A description of the features:
Auto-Sleep:
If enabled the device will automatically turn off. It is very usefull if you acidentally leave it on. To ajust the auto-off time tap on the up or down arrows in this category.
Auto-Dim:
If enabled the device's backlight will automatically dim to the desired level. To change the dim-level time tap on the up or down arrows in this category. To ajust the auto-dim level, drag the slider in this category.
Auto Sleep advanced controls:
The ipaq uses these options to tell if the device is idle or not. If enabled the options will to the following:
Cpu:
The ipaq monitors cpu usage to tell if the device is idle. To ajust the load use the up or down arrows in this category.
APM:
The ipaq monitors the apm interface for idleness.
Probe IRQ's
The Ipaq monitors irq usage for idleness.
When you are finished with your desired settings, tap on ok.
