Taste of Home Magazine will have one of its exciting Taste of Home Cooking
School Events in the Theatre at Raritan Valley Community College on March 22
at 7pm. Cooking Enthusiasts will be treated to an evening of recipes,
products and home making ideas.

Taste of Crete will be one of the exhibitors at the show, and will also be
sharing recipes based on the healthy diet of Crete, one of the healthiest
versions of the Mediterranean diet. Attendees will have the opportunity to
sample their award winning extra virgin olive oil, their Greek Honeys and
their traditional Greek cookies. There will be drawings for product prizes.

"I have always loved cooking and learning new recipes and that is partly
what drove me to start Taste of Crete" states Esther Luongo Psarakis,
founder of Taste of Crete.
"By participating in this event, not only do I get to learn new recipes and
ideas from Taste of Home, but I get to the opportunity to share my love of
foods from Crete, Greece. I married into this great culture and its healthy
culinary traditions."

Taste of Crete products are carried by a number of surrounding locations. As
a new company, Ms. Psarakis is appreciative of their support and is
promoting these locations at the Taste of Home event and in accompanying
advertising A few of the locations include: Kings Supermarkets, Gary's Wine
& Marketplace, Super Saver Liquors, Bardy Farms, What's in the Icebox,
Martinsville Florist, Monterey Gourmet, K & S Specialty Foods, Parkside
Gardens and Randazzo Pastry Shop.
