side buttons, acpi drivers to enable digitizer, wifi, and bluetooth

I wrote a script sets the keycodes so that the side buttons work under
Linux. It's available here:
  http://handhelds.org/platforms/hp/tc1100/rc.setkeycodes

I also wrote an acpi driver that does WMI calls to enable wifi and
bluetooth and I started an acpi driver to enable the digitizer. As far
as I could tell, the digitizer was already enabled. I have not gotten
the digitizer to produce data to Linux.

There is also a kernel config file in that same directory on handhelds.org.
