Nvidia driver which sleeps?

It's been about a year since I've used my tc1000 with OpenSUSE 10 on
it, and then any nvidia driver I tried could not go to sleep.

Is there any progress here -- like nouveau or others? Can we finally
put the tablet to sleep and wake it up under Linux with X back on?
