watchdev v0.1 released

Hello everybody,

I wrote a daemon that is able to bind to HAL daemon via DBus
and watch for specified devices addition/removal.
This can be used as a way to automate TC1000 screen orientation
switching when the Keyboard/Mouse module is attached/detached.

I know that you can configure e.g. ivman to do quite the same,
but if you'd like to try it (or just want to play with HAL
a bit like I did... ;-), here it is:
