gentoo, pen driver and gnome-settings-daemon

  Looks like I'm not the only one that has had this quirk...
Running the stylus with tc1k_drv.so and Gnome crashes the gnome-settings-daemon.
If I comment out the stylus section, then there's no problem w/ gnome
, but obviously no stylus.
I've tried this with the kernel module and also just the fpi2002.sh
script. same results when stylus is running.... gnome-settings-daemon
exits. Anyone have success with the the pen and gnome? (tablet is
pretty pointless with out a stylus!)
