Re: Gentoo question

Please see the links below in Tomek's messages, I also quoted it a few days
ago for the fpi2002 driver on 2.6.

I installed Gentoo from a recent distro disc from USB CD, though I am sure
there are other ways to install. You have to follow this guy's instructions
extremely carefully as much as you can. I did have to make a few
work-arounds, but after some trial-and-error I got a lot of the features
working. I had to use Tomek's kernel config file, and some of his other
configuration changes, to get it to work with the keyboard.

I've quit hacking for a while, but will probably start again when I have
some more time.
