A little tidbit on the Mandrake installation. Do not test the video mode when you set it. It will not go back to the install screen. It did that under SuSE and Mandrake. I have no idea why.

Anyone know if there is a way to reprogram the side panel buttons for other functions without messing up the keyboard? I haven't even installed a working Linux unit and I am already thinking of tinkering. I think the Ctrl+Alt+Del recessed button should be used to perform a controlled shutdown macro. Just a thought.
