Hi Stephen,
I recently put Fedora on a tablet. Same install mechanism as RedHat
(but you can't easily pick individual packages to install). ACPI works
- and I found that the backlight recovers better than RedHat 8 - which
stayed very dim after coming back from sleep. But before you get too
excited... for some reason, probably the Transmetta Crusoe, the tablet
runs _very_ slowly. Haven't tried running my custom kernel on it yet -
but compiling a custom kernel for the crusoe might help. It'd be
interesting to see - please let me know if you try.
Thanks / Good luck,
