Hmm, that's a pretty bold statement for an install that's still in
progress. I installed debian, and had zero problems, beyond not having
a bootable USB CD to do the install from: _all_ of my hassling involved
getting netboot (PXE) working (very little effort: I had a server setup
for another project ) and doing a repartion/restore so I could dual boot.

Granted, a Debian install isn't _pretty_ while you're doing it, but it
certainly wasn't a hassle - the only issues where the same 'little tweaks'
you're going to have to do with the RedHat based install.

Please do report how well it works. It just seems a bit preliminary to me
for you to claim 'it just works' and is so much better.
