Hi,

I've found! It's due to the new kernel I compiled.
It creates this problem with any modem (USB or CompactFlash).

It creates also problems with (only some) CompactFlash which can't be assigned
any IRQ, and thus can't be used at all.

If I find the origin of the problem (kernel configuration or problem in the
kernel), I'll let you know.
