I don't think there is a vfat partition, i don't know what filesystem
is using wince image, but ipaq file storage is using intel psm and it's
now vfat.

You can find there new angstrom rootfs images (opie and gpe),
precompiled kernel,
modules and haret.

You don't need that patch, actual rx3000 code is in hh.org cvs.
So, you need only download only kernel from cvs and use rx3000_static_defconfig.
