Hi all:
I'm trying to compile a kernel using Paul's howto. I was able to dowload
CVS and openembedded (in order to have the cross compiler). No luck
compiling 2.6.19-hh4 using .config file from Roman. But I'm wondering if
it's possible to build a GPE-image from OpemEmbedded (development
version at org.openembedded.org). I have succesfully download and
compile some individual packages using bitbake. There is a directory
containing some .bb files for latest handhelds kernels. For example:
linux-handhelds-2.6_2.6.19-hh4.bb
There is a directory containing a rx3000, but when I tried to do bitbake
linux-handhelds-2.6_2.6.19-hh4 I got:
ERROR: Nothing provides dependency linux-handhelds-2.6_2.6.19-hh4
It's possible to build the whole image for my rx3715 from OpenEmbedded?
If not, is up there a config file for latest kernels (ie 2.6.19-hh4)?
Are some people compiling from OpenEmbedded?
Thakns in advance.
Pablo
