Someone? ;-) Feel free to post your request to admin at
handhelds.org, cc: admin-lists at handhelds.org. If there will be as
much such requests as spam, admins may change their minds of whether
lists should be open to people, or to spam.

rx3000 port is pretty active, and its maintainer, Roman Moravcik,
pushes patches to main Handhelds.org CVS (and that's the sign that
port does really well). There's common list, kernel-discuss, for all
kernel ports. Per-port mailing lists were conceived as a place
for user support for the specific port, and yes, I agree it doesn't
work except for the most active ports like hx4700 & h2200.
