maybe there is a chance, but only if your rom has corrupted data and
hardware is 100% working.
you need blank sd card 128mb and if you have rx3715 download r2sd os image:

1. first you must clean sd card
dd if=/dev/null of=/dev/sdd
where /dev/sdd is your sd card device
2. then you must copy with dd image to sd card
dd if=rx3715_r2sd_os_os.img of=/dev/sdd
3. insert sd card to pda
4. now, you must press together all four button (play, person on the
left side,
nevo and arrown on the right side), power button on the top and then
reset it.
5. bootloader must find os image on the sd card and what next i don't know.
probably it ask you if you are sure to flash image
