My IPAQ

I am wondering if someone can help me here. My iPAQ is stuck on loading. It
gets as far as the HP reset screen with the bar going across then when it
hits the end it just freezes. Nothing else. This is why I hate windows. No
log messages to let ya know whats going on. I have gotten it in bootloader
mode and even uploaded the updated BIOS, but it is still frozen. Still gets
as far as the bar going across the bottom to 100% then freezes. Any info
would be appreciated.

All I did was reset it then this happened.
