looking for some help on booting Linux with HaRET on a S3C2440

Hello everybody,

I am not on the list and do not own an iPAQ, but perhaps someone here can help
me.
I own an Eten G500 based on a S3C2440, as the iPAQ rx3*** series. I am
currently willing to boot Linux on the G500 with HaRET, but alas it fails. A
first minor problem was that the physical RAM start address is by default
fixed at 0xa0000000 in HaRET but is 0x30000000 on a S3C2440. Unfortunately it
is not enough, the device hangs in the asm routine "linux_preloader", soon
after disabling the MMU.
I suppose that peoples working on the iPAQ may already have encounter those
problems ? Have someone an idea of what can happens ?
