Framebuffer progress?

Hi,

I have some spare time (at last!) and I want to experiment with the
port a bit. Obviously, the first thing that has to work now is the
framebuffer. Is there any progress already? Has there been an attempt
to get the framebuffer working? If someone can give me some isight,
that would be very helpfull, because it'll take some time for me to
get familiar with the pxa lcd driver source code.

I really don't want this port to die, there hasn't been any
development for quite some time now. Time to get it back to life :-)
