md40600 jtag

hello!

i have managed to desolder CPU and find some JTAG pins (tdo, tdi, tms,
vcc and gnd). still i cant find nTRST and TCK pins - some ideas on
finding them? myabe they are simply not connected anywhere..?
do you think if rover company could share technical info on this device?
