basic setup to Up the Rosetta !!

Dear Rose(tta)s,
What is the basic configuration of a standalone
PC for bringing up a system with Rosetta ?
    1 The linux Kernel Version.
    2 The H/W requirements.
    3 The S/W requirements.

Could Rosetta's strength be proved by just using
the Mouse with an Ordinary Linux PC with X window
system ?

Could anyone help me to test and taste the strength
and features of Rosetta with a very basic setup?
