Uploaded rosetta to unstable

Hi folks,

short info, I've just upload a first version of the rosetta package to
unstable feed. It contains the rosetta input method and the trainer
application (which is a gpe application)

It should now be supported by the newes version of mbinputmgr that
Matthew will upload this evening.

Please use only with this actual version of mbinputmgr, otherwise no
icon for rosetta itself will be shown.
