I used the non-summary one on my 4700.

You could use the one provided or just pull out the lines from it and add them
to your existing reflash.ctl.

I just made up the new lines, the important parts are the path to the image
and weather it's a "kernel" or "root" destination image. I would post mine,
but I left it at home this morning.
