Upgrade from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3 lost launcher.

Hi,

Finally got the upgrade working for 1.0.2 to 1.0.3 but after the
upgrade I'm unable to launch any applications, but the battery level
applet. If I start the application from the serial console the
application starts and runs fine. If I try to launch the application
from the opie desktop the hour glass comes up and the application does
not start.

I reinstalled the following packages and ran opie launcher refresh,
but still nothing works from the opie desktop.

opie-launcher-settings - Launcher settings dialog
opie-quicklauncher - Quick launcher stub
opie-sh-launcher-refresh - refresh the launcher so that new installed
applicatio

There are no error messages on the serial console. Please give some
guidance on this matter.
