i18n for OPIE

Hi

I just found out how to do all the i18n-stuff like
creating the templates, translating them and
making the .ipk

I will now start looking in the code and add tr()
whereever needed and enhance the .pro-files.

I volunteer to be the i18n-maintainer for
OPIE. I would like to create a webpage for
i18n and a list.

As a german I can translate the german
part but of course we should provide as
many lang. as possible.

How would like to help?
