Is there a specific reason that mkipks requires root priveleges?
From a quick look I see that this is only used to set the user
and group ownership of /tmp/ipk[package number] to root.
I fail to see why that is necessary...
P.S. Holger, I'll have a look at the Makefile to see if there is something
wrong with clean.
