Just get and build qt-embedded-2.3.2.tgz and get
the latest opie from cvs - voila there's your SDK :)
Build instructions are on opie.sourceforge.net --> code.
Maybe someone should package a bunch of rpms. I'll see what I can
do after two weeks (Semsterende :)
