Can't sign up to bugs database

I entered a username and e-mail address into the form at
http://opie.info/bugs/ a couple of hours ago, yet I haven't got a
response with my password yet. If I try to do it again, it says that
the username that I chose (which was "clm") was in use.

Should it normally take this long?
