but since the user data gets installed to /root this should not be much of a
problem.
i am not quite sure what you do...
... do you want to install all of opie on ram? then the worst thing would be
that you have a dangling link from /opt to /mnt/ramfs/opt
... do you want to install opie partially on ram then you could end up with
heaps of dangling links from / to /mnt/ramfs. in this case you might want to
have a look at oipkg (but start it from the cmd line), but still the links do
not get removed (even though this is on the wishlist of oipkg)
