how to load OPIE on to the board ?

hi

i had downloaded and compiled opie(opie-1.2.2.tr.bz2) for MIPS processor .
but after this can anyone say me how to load it on to the board ? i could
not find any documents regarding this? in the following link :

to compile it for ARm .but did not say anything as to how to load it on the
board ?

can anyone provide me any suggestions or solutions for this ?
