Opie IRC channel reunited

Greetings all!

I just wanted to drop a note to the list for those that have not noticed yet.
#Opie on irc.freenode.org is back up and running. The old channels now
automatically redirect to #Opie, and I'm set up as an Op. It feels good to
have a very public face of the project shining again.
